Why aren't you using Kickstarter or IndieGoGo? Is this legit?
This is our own website, and it is part of the Imperial Age Webshop, which has been working for years serving hundreds of orders per month worldwide. 

Why should we pay a huge commission, undergo stupid KYC checks and wait several months for the money (thats the case with the crowdfunding websites), if we can do it ourselves and get it immediately? 

Also, remember how PledgeMusic went bankrupt and never paid the musicians what their fans gave them? Here you can be sure that we get 100% of what you give us.
Why US Dollars? I only have Euros / Pounds / Other currency
Our e-commerce platform is based with our partners in the United States - which makes it as safe as it can get. We use the best payment gateways in the world - Stripe (for credit cards) and PayPal. 

You can check out in any currency from any part of the world - the exchange will happen automatically at the current inter-bank rate, your bank takes care of that.
When will you ship the items?
6 weeks before the album release date - so you get your stuff in advance.
Can I check out with PayPal?
Unfortunately not - they are a scam company that has groundlessly frozen $4,000 which our fans have pledged to us and we are taking legal action against them. So now we only use credit/debit cards via Stripe - the #1 card processor in the world.

Do you charge for shipping and handling?
The prices for shipping and handling are included on the reward prices. What you see is the final price.
What delivery options do you have?
We ship everything via regular post (with tracking.) Our stock is located in Moscow, Russia, and companies such as DHL, UPS etc have a very weak presence here and charge way too much money. Whereas the post has become good and reliable.
How do I know my shipment is sent?
We send everything with international tracking numbers, which you receive by email when your shipment is shipped. You also get a personal tracking link.
